Suing against prohibition of smoking in Restaurants

You may or may not like smoking but a blanked prohibition of smoking in Restaurants is not a democratic measure as there are other options to safeguard health. No one is forced to visit a Restaurant or Bar that allows unrestricted smoking. The same applies to staff. That courts will follow this misguided legislation just shows that they are far from independent and also subscribe to the statist philosophy that is behind our Pseudo Democracies.
